Here's a lovely story by Kees de Waard Wagner. It tells how this M35 got to Holland. (I hope to have a translation available soon).
“ Citroën Ami 8 coupé M 35 “
Het einde jaren ‘70
André Broedelet, de toenmalige eigenaar en Citroën dealer uit Maarssen en al mijn jarenlange gabber, was in die tijd een verwoed verzamelaar van allerhande Citroën moois. Er stonden op dat moment zo’n 8 wagens in zijn garage.
Ooit bracht de directeur van Citroën Nederland er een bezoek en dat had zijn gevolgen..!!

Through the archivist of the Dutch Ami-club I got some pictures of this M35 at the ICCCR in Breda in '81 and later on in the storage of dealer Broedelet in Maarssen (Holland) in '86.

Here are some pictures of how the car was found in '88 in France. It was also part of the collection. On top of that it was the first M35 I sold in la Nouvelle Opération and also in a very nice way. The new owner came along to have a look at my MEP X2-racing cars. At the moment he arrived, I came driving up with my M35. I had just done a testdrive with a NSU Ro80-enthousiast.
